Returns and Exchanges



 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA # as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same item at no cost to you.

If damage or a defect is claimed in order to obtain a prepaid shipping label and that defect is not found when the item is returned, a $25 deduction will be made to cover the cost of the return shipping label that was provided.




If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please email us with the original order number as well as the item number of the item you would like to exchange your order for.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
